EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

*We offer FREE exchange or refund within 7 days of your order purchase. Merchandise must not be used or altered. 

*We offer 1 year warranty of your order purchase if the product defect is not resulting from improper use by customers. 

• STEP 1:

*Customer shall contact us via e-mail (sales@voltivo.com.tw) by providing product defect pictures & order purchase records/ dates from any eShops of Voltivo Taiwan. 

• STEP 2：

*Once we verified & approved your request, customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the package to the destinated location from Voltivo Taiwan.

• STEP 3:

*Once we received your returned item(s) in our warehouse, please allow up to 21+ working days of new product replacement in consider of our inventory availability.
